Zak Corrigan is an actor based in New York City. He grew up in a small rural town along the Connecticut/Rhode Island shoreline.

After college, Zak built a strong foundation in comedy, working extensively in New York’s improv scene. He studied and performed at Upright Citizens Brigade, Peoples Improv Theatre, and Gotham Comedy Club, and held a six-year residency at The Creek & The Cave with the improv team The Internet Disagrees. That background, combined with his Meisner training, has shaped an acting approach rooted in listening, instinct, and moment-to-moment truth.

Alongside comedy, Zak has worked steadily in film and television since 2016. His released credits include the CBS series FBI and the independent feature Junction. He recently starred in the lead role of the feature Dubbels, opposite Dean Norris and Jessica Garza, which wrapped production and was announced in Deadline.

Additional upcoming projects currently in post-production include The Night Agent (Season 3), the Louis Kahn biopic Joy Will Prevail-in which he portrays Richard Saul Wurman (founder of TED) opposite Griffin Dunne and the feature First Shift: Redemption, where he plays a large supporting role as a suicidal insurance salesman.

Throughout his career, Zak has appeared on screen alongside Kevin Hart, Bryan Cranston, Nicole Kidman, Ryan Eggold, Julian McMahon, Griffin Dunne, and Eddie Kaye Thomas, and has been directed by Neil Burger, Bryan Greenberg, and Uwe Boll, among others. Zak has trained with renowned acting coach and mentor Terry Knickerbocker since 2018.

Zak also wrote, directed, and starred in the short film In the Still of the Night, for which he won Best Actor at the New Haven 48 Hour Film Project. The film also received nominations for Best Film, Best Director, and Best Cinematography.
